How much do they cost?
The licensing fee for each course is based on the total number of employees in your organization, with discounts available if you buy more than one course. You are purchasing a license to use the course in perpetuity and will be able to train as many employees with the course as you wish. The initial licensing fee includes the cost of adding your logo throughout.

Are there any additional fees?
If you require any customizing of the content, like adding links to company policy, or changing some of the text, we charge by the hour. Most customers find they don’t need to make significant or costly changes to the content.

If you’d like us to host the course on our server rather than yours, there is a monthly service fee for that.

What kind of customizing is available?
Your company logo will be added throughout the course. Additionally you may select any of the following options:
• Changes to some of the Flexible Work Arrangements listed in our course, to reflect what your company offers
• Links to your relevant web-pages or PDF documents
• Inclusion of research examples from a particular country
• Translation into another language
• Other text changes

An hourly customizing fee is charged for this service.

What kind of administrative reports and tracking can we have?
Each course ends with a participant evaluation, so you’ll be able to see those opinions. Additionally, you’ll be able to track which participants have enrolled in the course and how far they’ve progressed, as well as their scores on any quizzes.

How long will it take to get our course ready to roll out?
That depends on your customizing needs. If you just wanted your logo added, we could turn it around in less than 2 weeks. If you require changes to the text, we’ll send you the scripts and wait for your changes and revisions. We work as quickly as we can to meet your deadlines.

Who hosts the course?
You can choose to host the course yourself or we can host the course on our server for a monthly service fee. If you host the course yourselves, we’ll connect with your IT department to transfer files and sort out any issues.

What are the operating requirements?
Our courses require your participants to have access to the Internet and Flashplayer 5 or more recent.

Will the course be compatible with our existing Learning Management System (LMS)?
We can work with your IT department to host the courses through your LMS.

Are the courses AICC/SCORM Compliant?
Yes.

Is the content ever updated?
We occasionally make updates to our courses. Depending on the extent of the change or who is hosting the course, there may be a small upgrade fee.

What if we need technical assistance or something goes wrong?
Technical assistance to get the course up and running is included in the purchase price. Once you begin using the course we are available during standard business hours to help with any issues you and your course users may have. We will reply to your email and phone calls promptly and aim to have all issues fixed within 24 hours.
